I am a watercolor acrylic Artist, Author, Life Coach, Spiritual Advisor and Business Owner. I focus on looking for positive ways to adapt to a more healthy active lifestyle no matter how limited your physical abilities may be.
I have been mentoring and working non profit for over 35 years. I have a BA in Psychology and spent the last 16 years studying health, nutrition, diets, exercise trends and fitness to improve my own health after I was diagnosed with several serious conditions
I have learned to overcome every obstacle thrown my way one step at a time. I use biofeedback to control pain with meditation, art and exercise to lower my stress level. My faith and relationship with God sustains me through the many trials I have experienced.
Every experience is a challenge to be used for growth, even a negative one can be made positive. I believe it is vital to address the whole body, soul and mind if you want to get healthy. Neglecting any part of it will leave you struggling to find your footing.

I have more than 12 years of experience in supporting developmentally disabled adults, I have had the honor of aiding individuals in a multitude of areas, such as managing daily routines, honing job skills, and reaching personal milestones. I am committed to ongoing self-improvement and aim to bring a breadth of knowledge and diverse viewpoints to those under my care. My objective is to empower individuals who are actively pursuing personal growth and are prepared to take the essential steps to attain it. I am readily available to provide my assistance to those who require it.
